HO Lok Wai was admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong in 2020. He specializes in commercial disputes.
His practice focuses on contentious insolvency, complex corporate disputes, commercial litigation and arbitration. He has acted in cases involving insolvency and restructuring, investment disputes, banking disputes, trusts, shareholders' disputes (in both listed and private companies), civil fraud and also employment disputes. He also has experience acting for and against professional receivers and liquidators.
