Hannah joined the firm as a trainee solicitor and was admitted as a Solicitor of Hong Kong in 2024. She is developing a solid practice in commercial litigation as well as non-contentious corporate matters.

Hannah has experience in handling various contentious matters, including complex shareholders’ and directors’ disputes (involving both listed and private companies), insolvency, cross-border enforcement, debt recovery, contractual disputes as well as civil fraud. Her practice also covers non-contentious matters including handling and advising on corporate matters and sale and purchase of private companies.

Hannah also has experience in handling various criminal matters.
