Charles Chu founded the Firm on 23rd December 1989. Throughout the practice of almost four decades, Charles acted for and advised high net worth client and corporates in more than 350 conveyancing and mortgage transactions of high value properties. The Firm had successfully acted for developers in acquiring properties of individual owners for the purpose of unifying the title of land for redevelopment purposes and the ensuing sale of the redevelopment to new owners. On many occasions, the Firm acted for Banks in the construction finance of such redevelopments. Details of some of the redevelopment projects and transactions undertaken by Charles are set out below.

Charles acknowledges his duty in enhancing the overall well-being of Hong Kong. As such, Charles had served as the School Supervisor for a Government subsidized secondary school for thirteen years and remained as one of the school managers thereafter. Charles is currently sitting on the board of another five charitable organizations registered under Section 88 of the Inland Revenue Ordinance.
